LSU CoA+D
Annual Report

Created in collaboration with one other designer, we used this project as an opportunity to dig deep into what it meant to be a student within the LSU College of Art + Design. We hand cut the letters for each section divider and we set out in search of backdrops to encapsulate the common themes of each college. It was a great experience that took us places around campus we didn’t know existed, and made the process of putting together this 56 page book that much more rewarding. It was mailed out to members of the college’s community.

Lecture Series

Each year, the LSU College of Art + Design invites distinguished design professionals from around the globe to give free lectures available to students. This poster, created in collaboration with two other designers, was displayed around campus as well as mailed to members of the college community. The design was based on the idea of craft – something every student, no matter their design concentration, is familiar with. The letters were hand cut and photographed.

This poster was featured in the PRINT 2012 Regional Design Annual, and won a Silver International Design Award.

We introduced a series of grid patterns, which each school within the college having their own unique pattern. These grids were used not only as a design element, but also a way finding tool as you progress through the book.
