In the summer of 2015, Service First Mortgage was a regional mortgage company poised for national growth. With aspirations of becoming America's best home lender, I joined the team to refine their identity and formalize their creative processes.
As the sole Graphic Designer, I build collateral to support various departments, marketing initiatives, and offer design services to a sales team of over 60 members.
In this market no two mortgages are alike.
To remain competitive, lenders must innovate and develop new loan products. Our marketing team works closely with leadership and the product development team to create materials to aid the sales team in spreading the word.
Borrowing a few hundred thousand dollars can be pretty daunting! Educating borrowers is essential. We've created numerous guides to help ease the stress.
To build a social media presence that was not only successful, but meaningful, we needed to provide content of value to business partners.
To benefit our annual community campaigns, we have sold hundreds of t-shirts and raised over $1,200 for various causes.
As an organization driven by sales, employee development and internal coaching is an important aspect of the company's culture.
Bi-annual educational events are held to bring peers together and serve as a platform to launch important company initiatives. With locations across the region, it gives teams a chance to share ideas and best practices with one another.
